So the Daily Mail just ran an article talking about some recent outrageous woke book advances that ended up being complete flops. I initially read the article because I found the idea of woke book publishers imploding under the weight of their own hubris and stupidity amusing, but the article ended up leading me to uncover some very bizarre and interesting information that most people haven’t heard before.

The article starts out by mentioning Ellen Page’s book. She was given a $3 million dollar advance for her book ‘Pageboy’, which ended up only selling 68,000 copies - but it was another book that really caught my attention; 'Lucky Red' by Claudia Cravens only sold around 3,500 copies, but Cravens was given a $500,000 advance for the thing.

I’ve never heard of Cravens before, and it seemed absolutely ridiculous to me that a gay lesbian western romance novel from an unknown author would get a $500,000 advance. This is the very first book ever published by Cravens. Even the wokest woke publisher in the business couldn’t be that stupid, which piqued my curiosity.

Cravens, who looks exactly like you would expect for a gay lesbian western romance novel writer, is a Bard College alumna with a BA in literature. That’s basically the full extent of her bio. She has no other literary or academic history of note. So a complete no-name gets a $500,000 advance. What is going on here?

This led me to look into Bard College a bit. Very interesting stuff going on there. Bard charges a staggering $63,000 tuition for the privilege of being educated on their palatial New York estate, located on the banks of the Hudson - that’s a quarter million dollars for a BA. So you can imagine, just based on that fact alone, that the type of people who attend this joint must be completely disconnected from reality.

What I really found interesting though was the fact that in 2021, Russia declared Bard College an official “undesirable institution.” This is the first, and possibly only, institution of higher education designated by the Russian state with this classification. Russia hates Bard so much that people literally run the risk of being charged with a crime merely for being associated with the college in Russia.

Now what in the world would cause the Russian state to hate a college so much that they would literally imprison people merely for associating with the school?

Well, it turns out that in 2020, George Soros pumped $100 million into the place, and pledged a further $500 million endowment in 2021. The school became the founding member of the Open Society University Network, which Wiki describes as a “collaborative global education initiative endowed with US$1 billion”. So combined with it’s own $412 million endowment, the school will have a billon dollars worth of endowments very soon, as well as access to a billion dollar network endowment, all courtesy of George Soros.

What is going on here? Why is George Soros pumping over a half a billion into this place and why are the nutjobs who graduate from it getting half million dollar book advances with no prior literary history?

Soros is creating his own pipeline of hyper-indoctrinated commies that he can then funnel into places of power and prestige, secure in the knowledge that anyone who graduates from one of his woke schools will be firmly unwavering in their desire to dismantle western society, property rights and voluntary trade.

Soros seems to have a thing for promoting commie literature. He recently pumped $400 million into the failing woke news outlet Vice Media, with absolutely zero hope of ever getting a profitable return on his investment. He’s throwing billions at subverting western civilization through the promotion of cultural Marxism with nary a care in the world about the cost. He knows he can’t take it with him.

How much do you want to bet that the publisher (The Dial Press, a subsidiary of Penguin Random House) is in bed with Soros and the CCP? In 2021, PRH attempted to purchase Simon & Schuster for $2.175 billion, but was blocked by the Biden Justice Department, who filed an antitrust suit, because the deal would have given PRH too much influence over books and author payments. - Can you image how crazy PRH has to be in order to have the Biden DoJ block their merger! LOL!

This whole story is nuts! The more I dig, the crazier it gets.
