Maricopa Paper Ballot Audit Result Highlights

-Audit scope consisted of 20,895,610 images that were analyzed, 208,000,000 evidence proof files were created, 58 billion forensic measurements were taken. These are preliminary findings and the audit is still on-going.

-Audit determined election was not certifiable due to gross administration, neglect, with no aspect of the election operating within the bounds of the law. Wide spread and systemic fraud was detected

-Hundreds of thousands of illegal votes were cast.

-A computer algorithm was discovered to be running on the tabulation machines to determine how fake ballots should be distributed in order to reflect the winner of a given race.

-406,972 predetermined outcome ballots were inserted into the 2020 election. This occurred during and after the election took place. These consisted of stolen ballots, harvested ballots, over printed ballots, swapped mail-in ballots that were returned as undeliverable, mule ballots and print-on-demand ballots.

-38% of mail-in ballots were predetermined for Joe Biden.

-33% of mail-in ballots were predetermined for Donald Trump.

-91.62% of all predetermined votes were cast for Joe Biden.

-After removing all predetermined votes, Donald Trump won 59% of the legitimate votes cast, Biden won 41%.

-Predetermined ballots are ballots that were decided by a computer algorithm and inserted into the election fraudulently. All parts of the county were effected.

-45 pallets of ballots existed, consisting of 1,675 boxes, of which 52 boxes were set aside on election day for a hand audit if required. Each box has an average of 7 batches of ballots of 200 ballots per batch, 2.3 million total ballots.

-96% of ballot boxes showed signs of pilfering and being opened and sealed multiple times. The 52 boxes that were set aside for a hand audit were the only boxes that did not show signs of pilfering.

-The dates on the pallets and boxes are not consistent with how the ballots were processed. With pallets having multiple dates and multiple months of ballots, which should not be the case.

-141 batches took 2 days or more to process, two of the batches only had 46 and 10 ballots, but still took 2 days to process.

-30,122 ballots took two days to tally, representing 2.5x the margin of victory. 89% of these two processing day ballots were cast for Joe Biden.

-Election workers with decades of experience have never seen such dual-day batches.

-Some boxes (~1,400 ballots each) were cast 100% for one candidate or the other.

-1,394 batches were electronically compromised, meaning they were digitally altered.

-Ballots were removed from and added to batches over time in order to match the results that were predetermined by a computer algorithm. This made the paper ballot counts match the digital count.

-The exact printer for each ballot was determined and each ballot was given an ID.

-The Ballot-On-Demand machines were never serviced or calibrated, leading to huge numbers of out-of-alignment ballots that would later require adjudication.

-343,304 ballots were cast that were significantly out of compliance with election standards.

-Maricopa reported they only used Roland Vote Secure paper for all ballots. This was a lie.

-200,000 ballots were printed on unauthorized, inferior stock, commercial paper; primarily for the Ballot-On-Demand machines, representing 10% of Maricopa votes.

-120,867 ballots (6% of total vote) were compromised by forced adjudication, representing 9x the total outcome difference of the election.

-Intentional use of inferior paper and sharpies were used to force ballots to be adjudicated. This is referred to as an “ink hack”.

-Maricopa demanded Sharpies be used, which when combined with inferior paper stock, would lead to bleed-through over-votes on ballots, causing the ballot to be rejected and require adjudication.

-Prior to 2020, Sharpies were prohibited. No election has ever required their use before, for obvious reasons.

-11 times normal ballot adjudication rate was observed for the 2020 election.

-2 million over-votes detected.

-3 million machine inserted ovals on down-ballot races were detected.

-1,696,778 colored ballots should exist, but only 1 out of 8 ballots matched the color accounting of the official records.

-The number of excess colorless ballots found was 10x the election margin.

-Ballot counts appeared to be over reported by 94,737 ballots.

-The most under-voted down ballot races were the Sheriff, County Recorder, District Attorney, and each of the 5 Board of Supervisors. These races could statistically benefit the most from machine inserted votes.

-Could not match chromatic (colored ballot) audit counts to those reported by Maricopa. This suggests manipulation and excessive numbers of duplicated ballots being in the system. Indicative of pilfering and backloading of ballots.

-142,091 ballots had a fold anomaly detected, indicating swapping of ballots.

-10,943 ballots were found to be entirely counterfeit, which gave Biden a 7% margin. They were used widely across the entire county.

-235,367 ballots were modified electronically. In 2016, this happened for 1 out of a 100 ballots, but in 2020, it happened for 1 out of 8 ballots.

-AI was used for the first time ever to adjudicate ballots with no human interaction. No physical ballot examination of the adjudicated ballots was carried out. The use of AI masked the vast numbers of ballots requiring adjudication.

-99% of ballot batches were modified electronically without physical inspection to confirm there was an original paper ballot that was actually scanned.

-Electronically adjudicated ballot images were held in a suspended state for 7 to 12 days before they were allowed to be tallied, indicating they were used to fix the final tally results to a predetermined outcome. It’s likely physical ballots never existed for these images. It’s likely the mass pilfering of boxes was because they needed to make the final paper ballot counts match the machine counts.

-53,866 ballots were cracked, where ballots that are returned as undeliverable are then stolen and voted as if they had been delivered.

-Maricopa reported 53,866 ballots returned as undeliverable. Instead of retaining these ballots as required by law, Maricopa said they sent them back to Runbeck corp. to have them destroyed.

-110,092 were returned as undeliverable according to USPS records, which obviously conflicts with the 53,866 ballots reported as being undeliverable by Maricopa. It took Maricopa a year to report the total number of undeliverable ballots.

-246,691 phantom voters on voter rolls, representing a 10% fraudulent inflation of the rolls, 332 per precinct.

-If all phantom voters on the rolls were used to obtain illegal ballots, it could swing election turnout by 12%.

-2,697 phantom voters were scrubbed from rolls immediately following the election.

-12,112 provisional ballots were rejected, 66% rejection rate in 2020 compared to 29% rejection rate in 2016 (Trump votes likely dumped in the trash).

-The largest ballot stuffing machine order in history was placed on March 1st of 2020 by Runbeck corp. On April 1st, mail image scanning was suspended by USPS; it was turned back on after the election. This indicates Runbeck and the USPS were aware mass mail-in fraud was about to take place before any announcement of vote by mail was made public.

-7,000 politicians control national elections. 7 billion dollars could buy off each one of them with a million each.

-32 states hand over all voter roll data to a company with four people that was funded by Soros to supposedly have them manage their rolls. It's suspected two voters rolls are being maintained by these states, where one is corrupt and the clean one is maintained for audits.

-On Nov 8th they still had 120,000 ballots that needed to be adjudicated, so they gave a number to the electoral college they couldn't have possibly had.

-Law enforcement agencies were activated by federal authority to monitor the vote count by claiming Russia was trying to hack the election. The law enforcement was used as a backdoor to mask how they were able to monitor the vote count progression electronically.

-All voting machines had wireless and bluetooth in them.

-250 ACLU lawyers were active in precincts with laptops that acted as connection points to supposedly monitor the election.

-110,000 ballots were destroyed by Runbeck corp.
