It would be naive to believe that a gene therapy designed to cause some kind of an immune response would have any effectivness at all...
Pfizer's and Moderna's own "clinical trials" showed no such thing. Quite the opposite.
You should keep in mind that a seasonal respiratory infections call the flu were rebranded as SARS CoV-2 causing Covid-19 symptoms that can't be distinguished from influenzas uless you use RT'-PCR TEST.
Just go to WHO influenza app to see how the flu "vanished" as PCR tesiting was implemented in March 2020.

And the Haiti example is even starker when you consider the situation is the opposite in the Dominican Republic right next door.
